To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused and in its original packaging
In the same condition as when you received it

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or that are returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
2. Return Fees
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shop Fusion does not cover or refund return postage fees.
The return cost will depend on your chosen courier or postal service.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons:

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is approved before processing, a full refund (excluding any payment processing fees) will be issued to your original payment method.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the same conditions as our return policy:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs related to exchanges.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
