Treasure Box – Avon & Justine Beauty

1. Delivery Area
We deliver to addresses within South Africa. Orders outside South Africa may incur additional shipping or custom charges and are subject to availability.

2. Shipping Methods & Times

For Justine products: Standard Delivery at a fixed rate (e.g., R68) with delivery within approximately 5 business days of placing your order. Express Delivery (e.g., R105) with delivery within approximately 2 business days, where available.

For Avon products: Orders within South Africa are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive confirmation via SMS or email (where available) with tracking or delivery details.


3. Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee applies for smaller order values (as per Justine’s model). For example, Justine standard delivery (R68) and express (R105) when applicable.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (e.g., when you spend above a certain threshold) – check current promotions. For Avon South Africa there is mention of free delivery when online spend meets a certain amount.

All shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Additional duties, import taxes or customs fees for international deliveries (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed and the delivery address is verified.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items without undue delay. Items that are out of stock or on back-order may delay dispatch; in such cases, we will notify you.

Orders placed with express shipping before the cutoff time (if applicable) may be prioritized for same day dispatch (if stock permits).


5. Tracking & Delivery

After dispatch, you will receive tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Please ensure the delivery address is complete and accessible. Unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in additional redelivery fees or delays.


6. Delivery Exceptions & Limitations

Remote or inaccessible areas may incur longer delivery times or additional fees.

We currently cannot guarantee delivery times for international addresses or certain remote regions — these are subject to courier schedule, customs clearance and external factors.

Please note that production, supply or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery timing.
